	How can I get started?
	First, if you have any questions about your Web site, e-mail us at steve@WebScopeDesigns.com, we would love to talk with you about your site and answer any questions you may have. If you have decided on the number of Web pages you need, then go to our Specials page and choose the package that is best for you. Go through the secure (encrypted with SSL) ordering process and purchase your site. Remember at WebScope Designs our packages are all inclusive for one full year. Our Web packages include: the custom design of your site, the domain name search and set up, hosting set up, and hosting your site for one full year!

	What happens after I purchase a site?
	If we have not already communicated with you about your site, we will e-mail you about your site and the content you would like in it. If you have any pictures or graphics that you would like included in the site, we will show you how to get them to us. We will review the domain name choices that are available and have you choose one to have for your site.

	How long from the time I purchase my site, until I can see it on the Web?
	All sites are custom built so the time frames may vary. The current time frame is 3-7 days from the time you purchase your site until you see a rough draft of your site. Depending on changes needed after rough draft, it should go live in 24-48 hours after approvals.

	How can you sell at such great prices? Most Web site developers have a fee for design, graphics, hosting fees, and domain name search and set up fees.
	We have invested in technology that brings down our development costs, and we pass that savings onto you. We as a company feel there is a need for a moderately priced full service Web design company to help meet the needs of the small business community. We feel our Special Packages help meet this need.

	After the first year of hosting that is included in the special packages are you going to jack my rates up?
	No, our current hosting plan is $10 month when paid up front for the full year, or $15 a month when paid monthly. We don't expect this to change at this time.

	If I have an existing Web site, but my hosting service is charging 2-3 times your $10 per month hosting fee, can I just have my site hosted by WebScope Designs?
	Yes you can. If you are interested in this, drop us an e-mail at steve@WebScopeDesigns.com. We can search and find out who hosts your site, and who maintains your domain name. Then we need to transfer the files that comprise your Web site over to our server space, point the domain to your site; and it will be live at $10 per month, when paid in full for one year.

	What type of Web sites do you design and host?
	It is WebScope Designs' sole discretion as to the types of Web sites we will design and host. But we will tell you up front, we do not design or host Web sites that are pornographic in nature, racist or cater to the spamming industry.

	Do you support FrontPage?
	FrontPage is a Microsoft page creation tool that requires special server extensions to function properly. Our accounts come with the FrontPage extensions... Free Of Charge. If you order a Web site from WebScope Designs, we do not use FrontPage, we develop in Dreamweaver, so this would not concern a customer who is purchasing a site through one of our Special Packages. We provide FrontPage extensions for those clients who are interested in our low cost Hosting Services.

	Do you offer a shopping cart service?
	Yes we do. As shown in the American Candle Classics Case Study we do offer a shopping cart service that we will set up for you and code for you at affordable prices. Our shopping cart is best used with customers who already accept Visa/MasterCard at a brick and mortar store and wish to extend this service to their online customers without the hassel of getting a second merchant account set up just for their online store. 	Will there be any forced "pop-up" ads or banner ads from your company appearing on my Web site?
	Absolutley not! There will not be any banner ads placed on your site by WebScope Designs. If you are a participant in various link exchanges, and you want them on your site, that is entirely up to you.
